The added twist? Kombucha -a lightly effervescent fermented drink made of yeast, sugar, and fermented tea. Check labels for sugar content and if it says “pasteurized” -skip it. Not a Kombucha lover? Just use no-sugar added, all-natural cranberry, pomegranate or other juice of choice. Garnish ideas: orange zest, rosemary sprigs, pomegranate seeds, frozen cranberries.
